For both daily database and website backups, you must have a Digital Config hosting account. If you are with another hosting provider your website and database will be backed up once per month.
* If any errors are found during Platform/Plugin/Extension Updates,
we will Isolate the error and restore the last working version of the
Platform/Plugin/Extension. An update will be provided to you regarding
any errors along will a resolution suggestion. Extra fees may apply.
3rd party or premium Platform/Plugin/Extensions can only be updated provided
the license is up to date.
** Our Uptime monitoring is in place to alert us if your website is offline.
If your website is offline and the reason for this lies with your website and not
our hosting solution we can provide you with our website audit service to
identify the issue.
What’s not included:
Error fixing resulting from updating the Platform/Plugin/Extension.
Any website changes i.e. – design update & content updates.
Any bug fixes.
Out of hour support.
Any plugin development/styling (editing plugin files).
Adding additional Platform/Plugin/Extension functionality (editing plugin files).
Any subscriptions/costs associated with any 3rd party Platform/Plugin/Extension.
Any correspondence with 3rd party Platform/Plugin/Extension developers. This includes any requests made by the Platform/Plugin/Extension developer.
