The Daisy Chain a Sefton Cancer Support Group provides support to Cancer Sufferers and their Carers.

What was needed

The Daisy Chain (Sefton Cancer Support Group) was referred to us because their website was outdated and wasn’t showcasing what the organisation was providing to their community.

Because the website was developed using old technology – the organisation was restricted when updating the site with new content, which resulted in the site not being updated for some time.

The organisation was also going through a rebrand of their charitable identity and required our support to make sure that the branding portrayed what they do today, but to also ensure consistency across all online platforms & offline public facing outlets.

Items Supported:

Website Design & Development & Branding Development.

The outcome

The website received a complete redesign throughout to capture & portray what the centre has to offer.

The site was also updated from their old static HTML page to a more modern user-friendly WordPress CMS platform that can be managed by in-house volunteers.

Finally – we helped them to update their main charity logo and made sure that all flyers, business cards and public-facing material contained consistent content and artwork throughout.

The Daisy Chain is a Sefton Cancer Support group which has utilised the services of Digital Config over the last 3 years. I have to agree with previous contributors related to the quality and the cost effectiveness of the service they provide.

Digital Config have supplied our charity with computer back-up via cloud storage, health checks on our computer systems, designing our leaflets, publicity materials, pull ups and plus the designing andconstructing and managing our website.

No problem has been too small and they are always available for advice. I would recommend them to any group requiring computer maintenance and all I have described above, importantly for charities as we have found that the cost for the service is extremely competitive and very reasonable.
