What was needed
Gemini carpet cleaning have been providing their services to their clients for the past 20 years. Maintaining their current customer base throughout this time was important for their business and didn’t require much of an online presence as most work was obtained via word of month.
However – when the company decided that it would like to grow and had potential to move into other floor cleaning markets – they realised that in this modern age a new website was required to engage with local customers, but also on a national/global scale that offline marketing is unable to provide.

The outcome
After our initial meeting – we clearly identified that apart from Gemini requiring a new website to showcase their business. They also required some support updating their existing branding.
This was achieved at an early stage of the project, which then enabled us to commence with the design & development of the new site.
